about me
Hi, I'm Tristin–
I'm a mom of four, learnng how to build a home that actually works– day by day. Not just a beautiful home, but one that supports our life: the noise, the mess, the meals, the constant movement of a full family.
I bake because it slows things down. I build because it matters to me– after losing my dad, building became more than just a project. It became a way to carry something forward. To create with my hands. To make our home feel rooted and intentional.
Over time, I've realized something simple: most homes don't need more stuff– they need better systems. So that's what I focus on here:
This isn’t a perfectly styled home.
It’s a lived-in one. The kind where shoes pile up, groceries come in fast, and the kitchen is used every day. Everything I share is tested in real life—because it has to be. If you’re here, you probably want the same thing I do:
a home that feels calm, functional, and meaningful—without spending all your time maintaining it. I’m figuring that out as I go, and sharing what works along the way. I’m really glad you’re here!
